Dr. Yesenia Sánchez, an advocate for educational equity and excellence, has dedicated her career to expanding opportunities for all students. Her 20 years of diverse experience have significantly influenced school systems, resulting in measurable improvements in student success. These efforts have led to increased school ratings and higher graduation rates.
Dr. Sánchez's dedication to leadership development and coaching has been instrumental in fostering the next generation of educational leaders. In her various roles, she expertly enhanced the capabilities of her direct reports and school leaders. This dedication ultimately led to her certification as a Maxwell Leadership Coach. Dr. Sánchez holds a Bachelor's degree from DePaul University, a Master's degree in Teaching, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Educational Administration from Aurora University.
